Based in Columbus, Ohio, Charles Hart Multifamily Group was founded by Derek Kinnear, Billy Klopfer, Jordan Marshall, and Richard Lattro. All four started at the nation’s largest real estate investment firm and realized the need for a more agile and responsive business model - a personalized brokerage experience to meet the needs of each client individually. Collectively, we have over 50 years of multifamily real estate experience and our approach to business is rooted in building relationships. We believe in a client-first approach and an intimate understanding of each deal. This philosophy has allowed us to successfully close more than $889 Million dollars in real estate transactions, representing hundreds of clients throughout the country.

Cam joined CH Multifamily Group in 2024 as an Investment Associate. Cam is a 20-year-old college student pursuing a degree in finance at The Ohio State University balancing the rigors of academia with his passion for real estate.
