Andy began his real estate career in 2004 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, specializing in the sale of oceanfront investment properties. After three years in the coastal investment market, Andy relocated to West Virginia where he developed a townhome community and oversaw all day-to-day operations of the project. This hands-on development experience provided a strong foundation in property construction, project oversight, and multifamily asset execution.

For more than 15 years, Andy has been a top-producing agent in the local market and since 2018 he has been the leading commercial real estate agent in Huntington, West Virginia. Andy’s practice includes extensive buyer and seller representation, as well as landlord and tenant representation across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily property types.

Andy brings a deep expertise in multifamily investments, property construction, and complex transaction structuring, serving both private investors and institutional clients. Andy currently serves as a board member of the Huntington Area Development Council and remains actively involved in regional economic development initiatives. Andy is a graduate of Marshall University and lives in Huntington, West Virginia with his wife and son.
